May 12-16, 2025 |
The Brain Image Library (BIL), Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP), Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE), Giotto, SPArrOW and Harpy teams held a Spatial Omics virtual workshop. Participants were introduced to spatial omics technologies, Giotto, Sparrow and Harpy tools and used PSC’s HPC System to explore real-world spatial expression data generated by the BRAIN Initiative and HuBMAP projects. |
