The Brain Image Library (BIL), Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP), Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE), Giotto, SPArrOW and Harpy teams held a Spatial Omics virtual workshop. Participants were introduced to spatial omics technologies, Giotto, Sparrow and Harpy tools and used PSCβs HPC System to explore real-world spatial expression data generated by the BRAIN Initiative and HuBMAP projects. |

- Accessing BIL resources for in-place data exploration
- Using the BIL Analysis Ecosystem to run Jupyter notebooks, visualize data, and perform analyses with a variety of software tools
